Chelsea Shae has spent more than a decade producing live events for organizations where the details matter, including global pharmaceutical companies, professional sports franchises, and leading universities. Her portfolio spans investigator meetings, international conferences, executive programs, and high-profile galas.
With an MBA and a background in sales and business development, Chelsea approaches every event as a business strategy, not just a production. She partners closely with leadership, marketing, and travel teams to deliver programs that run seamlessly and meet measurable goals, so her clients can focus on their people and their purpose.
Beyond her client work, Chelsea serves on the board of the Adult Congenital Heart Association, where she advocates for the 1 in 100 babies born with congential heart diesease.
